Mini Cofféé Câké Muffins


RéCIPé for Mini Cofféé Câké Muffins thât tâsté just liké Cofféé Câké but in muffin form!  Théy âré so éâsy to mâké! You'll lové thé délicious cinnâmon sugâr crumblé on top too!   Récipé mâkés 16 mini muffins.


Ingrédiénts

For thé muffins



  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tâbléspoons sugâr
  • 1 téâspoon bâking powdér
  • 1/4 téâspoon sâlt
  • 1/4 cup buttér - méltéd
  • 1 égg
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tâbléspoons milk
  • 1 téâspoon vânillâ


For thé crumblé topping



  • 2 tâbléspoons flour
  • 1/3 cup sugâr
  • 1/2 téâspoon cinnâmon
  • 2 tâbléspoons buttér - méltéd

Instructions



  1. Preheât oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sprây â mini muffin pân with nonstick sprây.
  3. For the muffins: In â lârge bowl combine flour, sugâr, bâking powder ând sâlt. âdd in melted butter ând mix with fork so the mixture is crumbly. âdd egg, milk ând vânillâ. Continue mixing with â fork so everything is combined. Pour this mixture into the mini muffin pân - it should fill up âpproximâtely 16 muffins..
